Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.About the Role Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaintsProvide accurate and timely information about products, services, policies, and procedures.Ability to work with internal teams to resolve customer queriesCompose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize preparedResponses to suit the requirement for a specific case resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, striving for first contact resolution (FCR).Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.Collaborate with other departments, such as product, business spoc to address customer needs.
