Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through calls, online platforms, and references.
- Contact potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Sell and promote accounting and business software such as BUSY Accounting Software, Tally, CRM, and HRMS Solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable software solution.
- Provide customer support and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.
- Coordinate with the technical and support team for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and accounting software (preferred).
- Experience in software sales or telecalling will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented approach, and willingness to learn.
