Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities Handle customer queries related to Net Banking through voice calls.
- Assist customers with login issues, password resets, and transaction-related concerns.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer queries.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow standard customer service procedures and maintain service quality.
- Communicate professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- RequirementsGood verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of banking and net banking processes.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on customer service systems.
- Customer-focused approach with good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered, depending on process requirements.
