Customer Support Executive – Hiring at Morena TechnologiesMorena Technologies is currently hiring Customer Support Executives for its Noida location. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers as well as candidates with prior experience in customer service roles who are looking to build a stable career in the BPO and customer support domain.
Job Role: Customer Support ExecutiveThe selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely assistance, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across inbound and outbound communication channels.
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls and resolve queries in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
- Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned departments when required
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to company communication guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve performance targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction through polite, clear, and effective communication
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th pass or above
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with prior experience in customer support or BPO will be preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, MS Office, or CRM handling preferred)
- Willingness to work in a 6-day working schedule
- Ability to handle customer queries calmly and efficiently
- Salary DetailsMonthly salary: ₹15,000 to ₹17,500 (based on skills and experience)
- Additional performance incentives may be provided based on targets and quality scores
- Work Schedule6 working days per week
- Rotational weekly off
- Shift timing as per business requirement (day shift or rotational shifts may apply)
