About: Examin8 is an online Test Generator platform that helps schools, coaching institutes, and teachers create high-quality question papers and online tests in minutes. We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Female Telesales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Call teachers, schools, and coaching institutes to explain Examin8 products and services.
• Convert leads into paid customers through effective communication.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Provide product demonstrations over phone or online meeting.
• Resolve customer queries and provide post-sales support.
• Follow up with trial users and existing customers for renewals and upgrades.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
• Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution when required.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident and persuasive personality.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email).
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, EdTech, or SaaS sales will be an added advantage.
