Job Description:

Position: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Location: NSEZ, Sector 81, Noida

Salary - Up to 33K in hand - Depends on Experience

Interview Mode : Virtual

Need Min 12 months of Experience in Customer Service in an international BPO in Voice Process.

Key Responsibilities:

Need Min 12 months of Experience in Customer Service in an international BPO in Voice Process.

Handling basic Customer queries related to Telecom Bills /Customer Resolution expert.

Should have excellent Communication / Interpersonal /Comprehension skills

Should have Basic computer knowledge

Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage time effectively

Proven customer service experience or related role

Candidates should be willing to work in US shift.

Addressing consumer problems and suggesting an efficient solution with empathy and professionalism.

Maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services and policies to address customer concerns effectively. 

Any Graduate/Undergraduate

2 Days Rotational week off

Age Up to 44 years
