Job Description: Customer Upgrade Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking energetic and driven Customer Upgrade Executives to join our team in Noida, India. It is a B2B2C business of world class standards.

As a Customer Upgrade Executive , you engage consumers of a leading UAE-based telecom company Etisalat , the largest telecom brand of the GCC countries , offering telecom packages based on real time remote interactions with Etisalat consumers of multicultural professional backgrounds and achieving business  targets for Etisalat.

 

Selected candidates are provided world class International training with certification by Etisalat and Customer Upgrade Executives are groomed in global standards of business development and revenue generation on the job.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Sales Calls:
  • Outbound voice calls to UAE-based telecom customers.
  • Sell telecom packages tailored to potential telecom users.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Mobile Plans with exciting Service Packages B2B2C business.
  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Logical need creation and Lead conversion to Sales.
  1. Target Achievement:
  • Result oriented business targets achievement.

 

Pre-Requisite :

  • Languages:
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Professional communication skills
  • Analytical approach to understand consumers
  • Art of negotiation and handling customers
  • Understanding business needs of a consumer
