Job Title: AI Data Collector (Full-Time)

What You'll Be Working On:

Your responsibilities will broadly be divided as follows:

Data Collection (~80%)

• Collect high-quality data across a wide variety of everyday activities and environments.
• Follow collection guidelines while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
• Record diverse scenarios that improve dataset coverage.
• Identify new opportunities for collecting useful data.
• Ensure all collected data meets defined quality standards. 

Data Annotation & Review (~20%)Review and annotate the data you have collected.

• Verify completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Identify and correct issues before submission.

Maintain documentation where required.

Prior experience in AI is not required.

A strong willingness to learn and consistently produce high-quality work is far more important.

Work Environment

• Full-time, on-site role based in Sector 1, Noida.
• Operations run throughout the day and overnight to support continuous data collection.
• Team members may be assigned morning, evening, weekend, or night shifts based on operational requirements.
• Shift schedules will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
