Position: Data Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Operator to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate should possess basic computer knowledge, be comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets, and have an interest in using AI tools to improve productivity. Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate, maintain, and organize student and operational data.
• Manage files, folders, and documents on Google Drive.
• Handle data entry and record management using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain records.
• Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for daily productivity and operational tasks.
• Create simple designs and presentations using Canva.
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and data management.
• Required SkillsBasic computer knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of Google Drive file management.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
• Basic Canva editing and designing skills.
• Good typing speed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
