Data Entry Operator

Job Description:

• Key Responsibilities:Generate and print courier labels through platforms such as Delhivery and Shiprocket.
• Book transportation services including tempos and 3-wheelers through Porter and Delhivery.
• Maintain and manage inventory records through accurate data entry.
• Conduct physical verification of inventory and stock.
• Ensure correct packing materials are used as per order requirements.
• Deposit cheques and maintain related records.
• Handle follow-up calls with customers, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Perform data segregation and maintain organized records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Manage task reminders and coordinate routine operational activities.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Familiarity with courier/shipping platforms such as Shiprocket and Delhivery.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of inventory handling and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
• Basic understanding of MS Excel and reporting tools.
