EY GDS - Python AI Engineer

As part of our global team, you will contribute to next-generation AI engineering initiatives, working on complex, high-impact projects that support clients across multiple industries.

 

The Opportunity

We offer you a challenging role where you will design and implement advanced AI-driven solutions using Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, and modern data frameworks. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate internationally and contribute to strategic digital transformation programs.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI and cloud-based solutions using Python, AWS services, and PostgreSQL.
• Engage with product owners, business analysts, and global stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment activities ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain pharmaceutical forecasting models leveraging analytics, historical data, and cross-functional inputs.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver insights, analytical presentations, and decision-support materials.
• Perform business analysis, modeling, and automation using SQL, and Python.
• Provide strategic guidance on assumptions, risks, and optimization opportunities in forecasting and AI workflows.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Python application development (FastAPI or Django or Flask)
• Hands-on experience with AWS application design and deployment.
• Experience with AI governance, guardrails, and internal AI tools.
• Knowledge of AI development of lifecycle practices and AI agent tool design.
• Strong understanding of database design and optimization.
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills.

 

Additionally, Good to Have

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
