Debt Recovery Agent

We are looking for a trustworthy and active Field Executive to join our team at Shri Parasnath Tissues. You will be the main point of contact on the ground—visiting customers to verify their details, collect loan documents, and manage regular payment/EMI collection for our small loan products.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Verification (KYC): Visit the homes or shop locations of loan applicants to verify their address, check business operations, and collect documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank statements).
• Document Collection: Ensure all loan files and application forms are fully signed and completed accurately before submitting them to the office.
• EMI & Payment Collection: Visit existing customers to follow up on timely loan repayments and collect cash or digital EMI payments.
• Relationship Management: Maintain polite and professional communication with customers, helping them understand their payment schedules.
• Daily Reporting: Update the office admin or branch manager daily regarding successful visits, pending verifications, and collections made.
• Mandatory RequirementsVehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
• Device: Must have an Android smartphone with a working internet connection (for location sharing and updating visit status).
• Education: 12th Pass minimum (Graduates are welcome).
• Experience: 0 to 2 years. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome, but previous experience in cash collection, MFI (Microfinance), NBFC, or field verification is a big plus.
• Route Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local geographic routes and navigation using Google Maps.
