Job Description
We are seeking a goal-oriented DRA Telecaller to contact customers regarding overdue accounts, negotiate settlements, and ensure timely debt recovery while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Contact customers to collect on overdue payments.
- Negotiation: Discuss repayment plans, understanding customer financial situations to achieve settlements.
- Compliance: Strictly follow ethical debt collection and DRA guidelines.
- Documentation: Update CRMs with interaction details and Promise-to-Pay dates.
- Customer Service: Handle disputes and de-escalate calls with empathy.
Requirements
- Valid DRA Certification is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in collections or voice processes.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Strong negotiation and stress-management skills.
- Minimum 12th pass or graduation.
