Delivery Manager

Morning Crate is a growing farm-to-home brand delivering fresh dairy and natural products

to families every morning. As we expand our delivery network, we’re looking for a Dispatch

Supervisor who can take ownership of our daily dispatch and delivery operations.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Supervise early morning dispatch and deliveries

• Coordinate delivery executives across routes

• Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and delivered on time

• Resolve on-ground operational issues quickly

• Work closely with warehouse and customer support teams

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who takes ownership and accountability

• 2–5 years experience in logistics, dispatch, or delivery operations

• Comfortable managing early morning operations (3:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

• Practical, dependable, and good with managing a team of delivery partners
