Deputy Manager
Major responsibilities: (most important tasks, not more than 8 headlines, defined in 2-3 sentences only)
To achieve order booking and sales target ( Dealer MoU’22) of Agri & Domestic pumps in Haryana .
Target is excluding 200mm / 150mm, 175mm , KRTU / Amarex IN & Ama porter , Focus on to 100mm ( Domestic), MMB, Pressures pumps , Openwell, Cable
Identification of more direct dealer in state of Haryana for business growth in submersible and traded product ( Mainly in Vacant area of state of Haryana and strengthen sub dealer network, market survey / gathering competitor activities, Always monitor product / price level with competition
Continues interaction / lesioning with dealers / Govt Dept and customers. Regular visits to dealers for sales promotion, advertisement and to organize seminar / presentation to important clients.
Monthly godown material despatch plan and forecast for Haryana .
5. Sales promotion and advertising activities, Coordinating with Service
Department to resolve issues related to after Sales Service of dealer / customer.
6. Preparation indents / execution of order for pumps. Submission of techno-commercial offers to
clients and follow-up.
7. Collection of payments from dealers / clients

B. TECH (Mech) or MBA OR Graduate
5 + years in the areas of marketing, sales in similar line of marketing sales in pumps – Domestic & Agri
Product Knowledge
