Deputy Site Incharge – Operations
Responsibilities
Site Operations Management:
Oversee and manage the daily operations and maintenance of the site to ensure smooth functioning and operational efficiency.
Budget Management:
Assist in the preparation of site budgets and track operational expenses to maintain cost-effective operations.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal guidelines. Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Policy Implementation:
Develop, implement, and update operational policies and procedures to enhance site performance and ensure consistency in operations.
Resource Optimization:
Efficiently manage and allocate resources (manpower, equipment, materials) to maximize productivity and minimize downtime, ensuring optimal site performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., HR, finance, procurement, logistics) to ensure site requirements are met, and operational objectives are achieved.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor site performance metrics, PUE, KPIs, and operational reports. Identify trends, track progress, and report key insights to senior management.
Process Improvement :
Identify areas for operational improvement, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to improve site efficiency and productivity.
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with senior management to align site operations with the broader organizational strategy and ensure long-term success.
Incident Resolution:
Develop and implement effective incident response protocols and workflows. Ensure timely identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of network issues to minimize service disruptions.
Brand Positioning:
Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.
Team Development:
Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.
Digital mindset:
Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
B E- Mechanical / Electrical
Work Experience:
10-15 years of experience in the Data Centers industry
