About the Role:We are looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) who understands lead generation campaigns and social media marketing fundamentals. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and updated with the latest digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:●     Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Lead Generation focused)

●     Optimize campaigns to improve CPL (Cost Per Lead) and overall performance

●     Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research

●     Monitor campaign performance and generate performance reports

●     Analyze metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROAS, and take data-driven decisions

●     Work closely with the creative team for ad copies and creatives

●     Stay updated with latest Meta Ads strategies, trends, and algorithm updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:●     Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Lead Generation mandatory)

●     Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing

●     Basic knowledge of AI tools & prompt writing

●     Strong analytical mindset with understanding of campaign data

●     Good understanding of marketing fundamentals & digital trends

●     Ability to research and understand new industries quickly

Preferred Skills:●     Experience in WhatsApp Leads / Instant Forms

●     Understanding of Funnel Strategy

●     Knowledge of A/B Testing

●     Experience handling monthly ad budgets
