Digital Marketing Executive

Position: Digital Marketing-  SEO

Location: Noida Sec 63

Experience Required: 0-1 years in SEO and Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategy:

  - Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and increase conversions.

  - Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and optimize website content accordingly.

2. On-Page Optimization:

  - Optimize website elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headers, and URLs to align with SEO best practices.

  - Ensure website content is SEO-friendly, with proper use of keywords, internal linking, and structure.

3. Off-Page Optimization & Link Building:

  - Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.

  - Manage and optimize off-page activities, including outreach, guest blogging, and social media engagement.

4. Technical SEO:

  - Perform regular technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance, crawlability, and indexing.

  - Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and ensure the website is following the latest search engine guidelines.

5. Content Strategy:

  - Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content that resonates with the target audience.

  - Analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

6. Analytics & Reporting:

  - Use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and analyze traffic trends.

  - Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, including insights and actionable recommendations.

7. Competitive Analysis:

  - Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in SEO strategies.

  - Stay updated with industry trends, search engine updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 0-1 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic.

2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications in SEO or digital marketing are a plus.

Skills:

  - Sound Knowledge in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.

  - Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and on-page/off-page SEO techniques.

  - Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  - Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website administration.

  - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
