As we continue to expand our digital and ecommerce presence, we are looking for a high-performing Digital Marketing Executive who understands D2C business, ecommerce operations, customer acquisition, lead conversion, and strategic partnerships.

Job Description

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Manage Meta Ads, optimize clicks, conversions, and campaign performance to achieve business goals.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
• Monitor attribution, analytics, and campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Generate, manage, and nurture leads through CRM and digital marketing channels.
• Develop and execute D2C and eCommerce growth strategies to increase customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with the sales and business teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Expertise in Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager (GTM), event tracking, and attribution.
• Experience in lead generation, lead management, CRM, and sales funnel optimization.
• Strong understanding of D2C, eCommerce, and performance marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and campaign reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience in Healthcare, FemTech, HealthTech, Wellness, Consumer Internet, or D2C brands.
• Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and remarketing strategies is an added advantage.
