Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in running paid campaigns and generating quality leads across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms (such as YouTube, Twitter/X, or programmatic networks) to generate high-quality leads. Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis to optimize targeting and campaign performance. Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates, and make data-driven optimizations. Manage budgets across campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and cost-efficient lead generation. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages. Set up and manage tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and conversion tracking. Generate regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across digital advertising platforms. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up for better conversion rates.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience (mention required years, e.g., 1 to 3 years) in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation campaigns. Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other lead generation channels. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite. Good knowledge of A/B testing, funnel optimization, and CRM/lead management tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are a plus.
