🕘 Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

💰 Salary: ₹15,000, Up to ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Overview:We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who has strong expertise in lead generation through social media marketing, paid advertising campaigns, and SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating quality leads, handling social media platforms, managing WordPress websites, and coordinating with potential customers through soft calling.

The primary focus of this role is generating genuine business leads and improving brand visibility through digital marketing activities.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
• Generate high-quality leads through social media marketing and performance campaigns
• Handle and manage company social media profiles professionally
• Manage and update WordPress websites, including basic SEO optimization
• Perform on-page SEO, keyword research, and website traffic improvement activities
• Coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives, reels, banners, and promotional content
• Track campaign performance, lead quality, and prepare regular reports
• Conduct soft calling and follow-ups with verified leads
• Create engaging marketing content, posts, and short promotional videos
• Improve brand reach, engagement, and customer inquiries through digital strategies
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of WordPress website management
• Understanding of SEO, keywords, and website ranking techniques
• Good communication and soft calling skills
• Ability to manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms
• Creative mindset with marketing-oriented thinking
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or video editing tools is a plus
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Candidates with proven lead generation experience will be highly preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Ability to work independently and achieve lead targets
• Passionate about marketing, branding, and online business growth
• Good communication, reporting, and time management skills
