Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Sector 142, Noida
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹50,000
Preferred Candidate: Male/Female
Education: Graduate (Marketing/Business preferred)
Experience: 2–4 years in digital marketing, with hands-on ad campaign management
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for running ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, driving lead generation for premium real estate projects, and ensuring maximum ROI from digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies for better results.
- Generate qualified leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversions.
- Create ad copies, creatives, and landing pages in collaboration with the design team.
- Track campaign budgets and ensure timely reporting to management.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 2–4 years of proven digital marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented personality.
- Based in or willing to work from Noida (Sector 142).
