🔹 Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive with experience in the construction or real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our projects and generate quality leads.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

• Generate and manage leads for construction/real estate projects

• Handle SEO, SEM, and website optimization

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

• Create engaging content for ads, posts, and campaigns

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports

• Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion

• Manage email marketing and CRM tools

• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing

• Experience in construction/real estate industry preferred

• Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools

• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress is a plus)
