• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Awareness & Online Presence: Build, maintain, and elevate a solid digital identity for the company and our products across all online channels.
• Lead Generation & Revenue Growth: Design and execute high-converting marketing strategies to generate quality leads and directly contribute to achieving company revenue targets.
• End-to-End Platform Management: Manage and grow all major digital platforms (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to drive consistent organic and paid reach.
• Performance Marketing & Ads: Create, optimize, and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) alongside robust SEO and keyword research strategies to maximize ROI.
• Video Content Creation (Influencer Style): Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.). You must have the confidence to step in front of the camera and host/shoot videos yourself whenever required.
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and use data-driven insights to consistently improve marketing strategies.
• 💡 Skills & RequirementsExperience: Proven track record in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and Brand Strategy.
• Marketing Tools: Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Ad Library, Google Analytics, and SEO optimization tools.
• Design & AI Tools: Proficiency in design platforms like Canva or Adobe Photoshop, and experience utilizing modern AI tools to boost content creation and overall productivity.
• Video Production & Confidence: Hands-on experience in shooting and editing high-quality short-form video content with excellent on-camera presence.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to effectively engage and convert our target audience.
• Mindset: A proactive, creative thinker with a strong problem-solving attitude and a target-driven mindset.
