Digital Marketing Manager
About UsJaivik Renewables Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing renewable energy company specializing in rooftop solar, utility-scale solar projects, Virtual Net Metering (VNM), battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV charging infrastructure, and clean energy solutions across India.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Generate high-quality leads for residential, commercial, industrial, and government solar projects.
- Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
- Develop content strategies for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI through analytics.
- Manage the company website and improve search engine rankings.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
- Build brand awareness through online campaigns and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance dashboards.
- Required Skills1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
- Experience in the Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or EPC industry is preferred.
- QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) will be preferred.
Salary₹2 TO 4 LAC per annum (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
