Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in performance marketing and lead generation. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate high-quality leads for real estate projects through various digital channels while optimizing campaign performance and ROI.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Generate qualified real estate leads while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead).
• Create and manage audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide daily and weekly reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and conversions.
• Manage ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
• Continuously test and improve campaign performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
• RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Proven track record of generating quality leads through paid advertising.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM integrations.
• Experience in the real estate sector will be preferred.
• Ability to independently manage advertising budgets and optimize ROI.

Trial Campaign Requirement (Mandatory)Before final hiring, shortlisted candidates will be required to run a paid trial campaign for one of our projects.
