The Cinnamon Kitchen is a fast-growing bakery brand working with leading quick-commerce and e-commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, and more. We operate in a high-speed FMCG environment where timely dispatch, stock accuracy, and strong coordination are critical.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Dispatch Coordinator to manage end-to-end order processing and dispatch operations across multiple B2B platforms. This role requires strong ownership, data handling, and continuous follow-ups to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time without errors.

Key Responsibilities

Fetch and manage orders from multiple B2B portals (Blinkit, Zepto, Flipkart, BigBasket, Amazon, Swiggy Instamart)

• Process and punch orders in Google Sheets (item-wise) for warehouse and production teams
• Monitor stock using SOH, DOH, and DRR to ensure availability and planning
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch
• Upload and manage offer sheets on platform panels (e.g., Blinkit)
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely movement of goods
• Track deliveries and ensure on-time completion
• Coordinate with location-wise customer POCs for smooth unloading
• Ensure GRN completion and handle any discrepancies (shortage, rejection, delay)
• Maintain proper records and follow-ups for all dispatch activities

Requirements

• Graduate (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/FMCG operations
• Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience handling multiple portals or clients is a plus
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage strict timelines

• Location: Sector 80, Noida
• Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)
