Job Description

Job Summary:

The Dispatch & Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations, inventory management, store activities, and coordination between warehouse, transport, and production teams. The role ensures timely dispatch of materials/products, accurate stock maintenance, proper documentation, and smooth warehouse operations while maintaining safety and operational standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage dispatch and store operations efficiently
  • Maintain inventory and stock records
  • Supervise loading and unloading activities
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams
  • Ensure timely dispatch of materials/products
  • Maintain proper documentation and ERP entries
  • Monitor stock accuracy and material movement
  • Ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards
  • Handle store staff and daily operational activities
  • Required experience in warehouse/store and dispatch management
