E-commerce Account Manager (For Our Clients)

About the Role:

Global Websters is hiring an E-commerce Account Manager to lead and manage our client brands across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and Meesho.

You’ll oversee end-to-end account operations — from listings, pricing, and stock management to campaign strategy — while collaborating closely with the E-commerce Ads Specialist to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Operations

Manage and optimize seller accounts for multiple brands.

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and service standards.

Handle listings, catalog management, pricing updates, and stock control.

Sales & Strategy

Develop and implement data-driven sales and visibility strategies.

Work closely with E-commerce Ads Specialists to align campaign goals with brand performance.

Optimize listings (SEO, A+ content, enhanced content) for higher conversions.

Track KPIs like GMV, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.

Advertising & Promotions

Plan and oversee campaigns across Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and other platforms.

Leverage deals, coupons, and seasonal promotions for maximum exposure.

Inventory & Reporting

Maintain ideal stock levels and coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners.

Share detailed weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in e-commerce account management.

Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, etc.

Skilled in campaign planning, pricing, and performance tracking.

Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Strong analytical ability and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
