Job Description

Marketplace Management

  • Create, update, and manage book listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Kindle, and other marketplaces.
  • Upload product details, descriptions, keywords, pricing, images, and inventory.
  • Ensure accurate catalog management and product information.

Amazon & KDP Operations

  • Manage Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) listings and updates.
  • Optimize book titles, descriptions, keywords, and categories for better visibility.
  • Monitor book performance and rankings.

Inventory & Order Management

  • Track inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
  • Monitor orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution with marketplace support teams.

E-Commerce Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and marketplace SEO.
  • Improve product rankings and conversion rates.
  • Analyze competitor listings and market trends.

Advertising & Promotions

  • Assist in running Amazon Ads and marketplace promotional campaigns.
  • Create discount offers, bundles, and seasonal promotions.
  • Monitor advertising performance and ROI.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Track marketplace performance metrics.
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies.

Platform Expansion

  • Explore opportunities to list products on additional marketplaces.
  • Assist in onboarding new sales channels and digital distribution platforms.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP).
  • Understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
  • Experience with product listing and catalog management.
  • Knowledge of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization.
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of online advertising platforms is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital sales is preferred.
