Salary: 18,000 – 24,000 [Fixed]
Incentive: 2,000 – 6,000 [Variable]
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager [online Sales] for supporting the day-to-day operations of our online selling business. This includes managing product listings, inventory, customer service, order processing, and maintaining the online storefronts on platforms such as [Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Etsy]. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the online retail industry. We are open to bring talented people with proven experience from other industries and verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listings and Content Management:
- Create and manage product listings on ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy).
- Write compelling product descriptions, optimize titles, and create high-quality images.
- Ensure listings are fully optimized for SEO to improve visibility and search rankings.
- Update product listings with accurate pricing, stock information, and product details.
- Regularly update product pages to reflect new arrivals, promotions, or sales events.
Order Processing & Fulfillment:
- Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipment.
- Track orders to ensure on-time delivery, managing any issues or delays.
- Coordinate with the logistics team or third-party fulfillment services for order processing.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling for shipping.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring products are available for sale.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product restocking.
- Perform regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
Customer Service & Communication:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds, adhering to company policies.
- Manage customer feedback and reviews, addressing any concerns promptly.
Sales Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor sales trends, customer behavior, and inventory performance.
- Generate weekly/monthly sales reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities.
- Assist in the development of promotional strategies to boost sales.
Social Media & Marketing Support:
- Support social media campaigns by scheduling posts and engaging with customers.
- Help manage email marketing campaigns, including drafting content and tracking performance.
- Assist in creating promotional materials for special events, sales, or product launches.
Platform Management:
- Stay up to date with best practices and new features on ecommerce platforms.
- Ensure adherence to platform policies and guidelines (e.g., Amazon Seller Policies, eBay Seller Standards).
- Resolve any platform-related issues, such as account restrictions or listing violations.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce management or assistant roles, with a strong understanding of online selling platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing product listings, order processing, and customer service in an online selling environment.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of ecommerce tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Helium 10, Shopify, ShipStation, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO techniques and strategies for ecommerce platforms.
- Typing Speed 50-60 WPM
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Attributes:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional approach to service.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
Additional Requirements:

- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing ecommerce environment.
- Experience with ecommerce software (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, WooCommerce) is a plus.
- Knowledge of photography/editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is an advantage.
