Job Description
Job Title: Education Counselor
Experience: Fresher or 6 months–2 year
Job Description:
- Counsel students and parents about courses, colleges, and admission procedures
- Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable career options
- Assist students with application and documentation processes
- Follow up with leads and maintain student records
- Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets
Requirements:
- Min 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of admissions or education counseling preferred
- Ability to work independently and as a part of multidisciplinary team
- Accountable and supportive in working behaviour
- Basic computer knowledge
