Role Overview


  • Job Title: Educational Consultant – Center Development
  • Department: Business Development / Franchise Operations
  • Goal: Expand the ed-tech company's physical footprint by opening and supporting new offline learning centers.



Key Responsibilities


  • Expansion Planning: Find new areas for growth and recruit strong local partners or franchise owners.
  • Center Setup: Guide partners through the complete launch process, from finding a location to meeting brand design rules.
  • Quality Control: Check centers often to make sure they follow company rules and keep high teaching standards.
  • Growth and Sales: Help centers meet monthly enrollment goals and local business targets.
