Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Field Executive to support on-ground operations for EV battery swapping stations. The candidate will be responsible for battery management, technical troubleshooting, driver support, field visits, and ensuring smooth functioning of Battery Smart’s swapping network.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit battery swapping stations and monitor daily operations
• Handle installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of EV batteries and swapping equipment
• Support driver onboarding and assist with KYC/document verification
• Ensure batteries are charged, maintained, and available at swap stations
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams for issue resolution
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor station performance and service quality
• Educate drivers/customers about battery swapping processes and safety guidelines
• Maintain daily reports of field activities, technical issues, and resolutions
• Ensure proper usage and safety compliance of batteries and equipment
• Assist in expansion and setup of new battery swapping stations

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, batteries, or EV technology
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in field operations and travel locally
• Knowledge of battery charging and maintenance processes
• Familiarity with mobile apps and reporting tools
• Team handling and coordination skills are an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria

• ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
• Must have a bike and valid driving license (preferred for field visits)
• Basic Hindi communication required; basic English preferred
