ELV Engineer (FAS, PA & CCTV)

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, and commission ELV systems, including FAS, PA systems, and CCTV.
• Handle installation and maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), including detectors, MCPs, sounders, panels, and related devices.
• Install and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including IP/analog cameras, NVR/DVR, switches, and cabling.
• Install, configure, and maintain Public Address (PA) systems, amplifiers, speakers, microphones, and related equipment.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and fault rectification.
• Read and understand electrical/ELV drawings, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and other engineering departments for project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper installation as per project specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare installation reports, testing reports, maintenance records, and site documentation.
• Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions within the required timelines.
• Ensure all ELV systems are properly tested, functional, and handed over to the client.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain quality standards at the project/site.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of FAS, PA, and CCTV systems.
• Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read ELV drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently handle site-related technical activities.
• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or related field preferred.
