both traditional SEO and the latest AI-powered optimisation techniques.

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email 

campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and support overall business growth in the SEO and 

web development space.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote SEO, web development, 

and digital marketing services.

 Create compelling copy, subject lines, and CTAs tailored to different audience segments.

 Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation workflows using industry-standard tools 

(e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).

 Collaborate with the SEO and web development teams to align email campaigns with broader 

marketing strategies.

 Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions), and provide 

actionable insights.

 Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

 Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

 1–5 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably within digital marketing or 

technology services.

 Strong understanding of SEO, web development, and digital marketing concepts.

 Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM tools.

 Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies.

 Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
