## ERP Implementation Specialist (Manufacturing & Exports)

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically-minded Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of our ERP system. You will ensure the software accurately reflects our manufacturing floor processes and meets the rigorous documentation requirements of our export operations. You will be the vital link between our factory leads, export office, and the software development team.

Key Responsibilities

* Production Mapping: Translate our manufacturing stages—from raw material procurement to finished goods—into digital workflows.

* Export Compliance: Ensure the ERP automates export documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin) and handles multi-currency accounting.

* Inventory Control: Set up real-time tracking for raw materials, Work-in-Progress (WIP), and warehouse stock levels.

* Vendor & Developer Liaison: Act as the single point of contact for the ERP developers to ensure custom modules (like Shop Floor Control) are built correctly.

* User Training: Train factory supervisors and export managers on data entry and report generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of manufacturing cycles (BOM, MRP, Lead Times) and export-import logistics.

* Technical Savvy: Experience with database management and system integration.

* Project Management: Ability to manage "Go-Live" phases without disrupting active production lines.

* Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of GST/VAT, customs requirements, and international trade compliance is a plus.
