Job Description
Plan, organize, and manage daily dispatch activities.
Ensure timely dispatch of materials as per schedule and priority.
Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, etc.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain dispatch records, reports, and inventory updates.
Handle transporter coordination and negotiate freight (if applicable).
Ensure proper packaging and labeling before dispatch.
Resolve dispatch-related issues and delays.
Follow company policies and compliance requirements.
