Roles & responsibilities
•Supporting the delivery of key deployment deliverable associated with Audit tools: Ensure test results are fully documented and reviewed. Support the deployment Project manager(s) with designing and delivering training for all limited deployment users and preparing content for wider deployment. This will include the creation of quick reference cards, training videos and the creation of support portals. Take part in delivering the training to the champion network.•Draft documentation for the tool support and communications for the business for Tool Deployment and Outages.•Participant in the test cycle for each tool. Ensure test results are fully documented and reviewed.•Write and perform the controls for the tool applications•Retain detail knowledge of the application and take ownership of requests/queries from business/ leadership•Support the Audit Tool Owner in all aspects of tool development process – helping identify required functionality, testing, proof of concept, accreditation, business support including guidance/methodology/training/ champion network, limited deployment, capture/action feedback, full deployment, and ongoing support.•Confidently work with timelines, stakeholder, project requirements•Contribute effectively towards team’s strategic priorities of growth, people engagement, efficiency (Automation), future-readiness, operations, etc.•Responding to Tool Functionality Queries.•Support any manual process in the team until they are automated (example audit file retention process).This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
•Graduate (B. Com /B. Tech or equivalent)Work experience
•3-4 years’ work experience in product management or similar services.Mandatory technical & functional skills
•Strong and agile project management skills•Experience to enable discussions on topics from a variety of industries (at a high level)•Self-starter and able to self-manage•MS Office skills•PowerBi Creation and Power Query•Preferred technical & functional skills
•SharePoint, Azure fundamentalsKey behavioural attributes/requirements
•Ability to build relationships quickly with all key stakeholders/contacts. Key deliverable is driving usage of tool/s. This requires close liaison with Tool SMEs/, Champion networks and business contacts as well as end users.
