Job Description
Handle end to end export forwarding operations including documentation, booking, and coordination with shipping lines/airlines.
• Prepare and verify export documents (shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
• Liaise with customs, port authorities, and transporters to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records and assist in preparing MIS reports.
