Role: We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with a strong background in AI/ML and expertise in Azure AI services. This role focuses on designing and deploying innovative AI solutions that leverage AI/ML, Generative AI, and agentic AI technologies, while providing leadership in solution architecture, MLOps, and DevOps practices.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Design and implement AI solutions utilizing Azure ML, Cognitive Services, OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and Data Services.
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models, including LLMs, multimodal models, and diffusion models.
• Integrate and optimize agentic AI frameworks to enhance automation and orchestration processes.
• Implement and manage vector databases to support semantic search and retrieval functionalities.
• Establish and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of machine learning models.
• Monitor and optimize model performance in production, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members as needed.

 

 

Requirements:

 

• 4–10 years of proven experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong expertise in the Azure AI/ML ecosystem.
• Proficient coding skills in Python, with experience in machine learning libraries.
• Basic knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data handling practices.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and agentic AI frameworks.
• Must-have experience with vector databases (e.g., Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Proficiency in Python, along with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Autogen.
• Strong understanding of MLOps principles, including model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience in MLOps and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and solution architecture skills.

 

 

Good to Have:

 

• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, governance, and compliance.
• Experience in delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
