Overseeing daily food & beverage operations, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and leading the outlet team to achieve operational and sales objectives.

Supervise day-to-day F&B operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

Lead and guide service staff to maintain high customer service standards.

Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene compliance.

Handle guest queries, feedback, and service recovery when required.

Ensure adherence to company SOPs, operational standards, and safety guidelines.

Assist in inventory management, stock control, and minimizing wastage.

Support upselling initiatives and achievement of sales targets.

Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and store teams for seamless functioning.

Prepare shift reports and monitor daily operational performance.

Train, motivate, and develop team members.

Experience in restaurants, QSR, hospitality, entertainment, or F&B operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifts effectively.
