Job Description
Facility Housekeeping Manager
Supervise and coordinate the activities of all housekeeping supervisors and staff
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the premises
Monitor daily housekeeping operations and allocate duties effectively
Conduct regular inspections of all areas including offices, factory floors, washrooms, and common areas
Ensure proper usage and inventory management of cleaning materials and equipment
Train and guide housekeeping supervisors and staff on best practices and safety standards
Address complaints or issues related to housekeeping and resolve them promptly
Maintain attendance, shift schedules, and performance tracking of housekeeping staff
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards
Coordinate with other departments for cleanliness requirements during events or audits
