AssociatePosition: Field Sales Associate
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Market to Cover: Delhi (East, West and North)
Education: Graduate or Equivalent
Experience: 5+ Years
Industry: Fashion Clothing/ Retail

Job Summary:We are looking for a Field Sales Associate who will be responsible to coordinate with
distributors, retailers to generate orders for Canjuice. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
1.
Lead Generation • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets across assigned territories.
• Visit Market daily to respective retailer of Distributor and new retail outlets to pitch Canjuice product line and ordering options.
• Drive volume growth through distributors, MBOs, and trade partners.
2.
Sales & Order Procurement• Generate orders from retailers and suggest suitable product offerings.
• Identify new business opportunities, prospect potential clients, and present company products to expand market reach
• Identifying new prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining relationships with retailers and distributor.
• Monitor market demand to ensure availability of key styles and sizes.
3.
Relationship Management• Build and maintain strong relationships with Distributor and Retailers.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure retailers satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail clients and distributors, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
4.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis· Keep track of industry and market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
· Provide feedback to the team on market demands and retailer’s expectations.
· Share Buyer Feedback with the internal team for new product development.
· Track sales performance, prepare reports for management, and strategize to meet or exceed sales targets
· Attend trade shows, industry events, or client meetings to generate leads and strengthen business relationships
5.
Reporting & Performance Tracking• Maintain call logs, client interactions, and sales reports.
• Share progress updates with the sales/management team.
Required Skills
& Qualifications:1. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
2. Prior experience in Retail sales in designated territory
3. Should have a contact base with good MBO and Distributors
4. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail distribution is highly valued
5. Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
6. Comfortable working with sales targets and deadlines.
7. Basic knowledge of M.S. Excel and MIS reporting.
