Job Description

Company Overview:

We are a growing asset deal company specializing in the buying, selling, and management of various assets including industrial equipment, real estate, and financial assets. We aim to deliver value-driven solutions to clients through strategic asset transactions.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in asset sales and acquisitions

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders

Understand client requirements and provide suitable asset deal solutions

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients

Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of transactions

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field

2–6 years of experience in sales (preferably in asset management, real estate, or financial services)

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Good understanding of asset deals, investments, or financial markets

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B sales

Knowledge of asset valuation and deal structuring

Exposure to industrial assets or real estate transactions
