We are looking for a responsible and organized File Attendant to manage file handling and register updates efficiently, ensuring smooth documentation and timely record maintenance in the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage patient files and ensure proper filing and documentation
• Update registers accurately and on time
• Maintain records in an organized and systematic manner
• Assist in daily administrative file work and coordination
• Ensure files are easily accessible and properly maintained
• Support departments in documentation-related tasks
