Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹90,000 per month (Including Incentives)

Job Description:

Truevisory Realty Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Manager to drive franchise expansion and business growth. The ideal candidate must have minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry, with hands-on exposure to franchise management or franchise sales. Candidates with franchise management experience in any industry are also encouraged to apply; however, real estate experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and onboard potential franchise partners.
• Manage the complete franchise acquisition process from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational support.
• Achieve monthly franchise sales targets and contribute to business expansion.
• Conduct market research to identify new franchise opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate (Mandatory).
• Prior experience in franchise management/sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong sales acumen with a target-driven approach.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
