Fullstack Engineer(Node.js, React)

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build and expand systems that connect enterprise data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), AI decision engines, and Adobe Workfront workflow automation. You will operate at the intersection of application engineering, enterprise data architecture, AI optimization, and secure workflow governance. .

What You’ll Do

1. AI-Enabled Platform Architecture

• Build and develop scalable RESTful APIs that power AI-assisted enterprise workflows.
• Incorporate and manage pre-trained AI models within secure production settings.
• Implement agentic AI workflows that complete multi-step business processes using existing models.
• Debug, tune, and harden AI model behavior (accuracy, determinism, latency, cost).
• Apply model optimization strategies (timely composition, caching, routing, guardrails).
• Build and operate AI orchestration layers (context management, tool access, policy enforcement).
• Evaluate and implement RAG or prompt-based architectures where appropriate (no new model training).

2. Enterprise Data Integration

• Integrate applications and AI services with Databricks and Snowflake for large-scale operational decisioning.
• Build governed data access layers optimized for performance, security, and reliability.
• Enable secure integration with CRM, GTM, and operational systems.
• Deliver systems capable of operating in restricted or air-gapped environments.

3. Workflow Orchestration (Workfront)

• Build and implement Adobe Workfront integrations to automate enterprise workflows.
• Build custom Workfront API integrations and Fusion scenarios.
• Align Workfront orchestration with decision layers powered by advanced technology.
• Ensure workflow governance, permissioning, and enterprise compliance standards are upheld.

4. Engineering Excellence

• Build modern full-stack applications using scalable frontend and backend technologies.
• Ensure systems meet enterprise standards for reliability, observability, and security.
• Partner multi-functionally with Strategy & Ops, Sales, and Engineering leaders to translate business needs into scalable architecture.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 7–10+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer in enterprise SaaS or large-scale systems environments.
• Demonstrable experience crafting and operating RESTful APIs in production.
• Experience delivering systems in secure or regulated enterprise environments.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Experience integrating with Databricks and/or Snowflake.
• Demonstrated experience incorporating and managing pre-trained AI models in production.
• Strong expertise in AI model debugging and optimization (not model development).
• Experience implementing AI orchestration patterns, timely engineering, and RAG workflows.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance tuning.

Workfront Requirements

• Adobe Workfront Certified Developer (required or strongly preferred).
• Experience building custom Workfront integrations via API and Workfront Fusion.
• Solid understanding of workflow governance and enterprise configuration within Workfront.

Approach

• Systems thinker with architectural judgment.
• Bias toward production reliability over experimentation.
• Strong multi-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into scalable technical build.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform.
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval-based architectures.
• Experience supporting sales, GTM, or revenue operations platforms.
• Experience with AI observability and governance tooling.
