Job Title: Google Ads Specialist (Real Estate)

Location: Noida (Sector 142), 

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years (Mandatory in Real Estate Industry)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven Google Ads Specialist with strong experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in managing high-budget campaigns, generating quality leads, and optimizing performance for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, and YouTube) 

• Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects 

• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversions, and ROI 

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting 

• Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost efficiency 

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed reports 

• Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and creatives 

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for campaign alignment 

• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends and algorithm changes 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Google Ads (Real Estate experience is mandatory) 

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking 

• Proven track record of generating leads in the real estate sector 

• Expertise in keyword planning, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization 

• Understanding of landing page optimization and user behaviour 

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Google Ads Certification is a plus 

Key Requirements:

• Experience in handling real estate projects (mandatory) 

• Ability to manage high lead volume campaigns 

• Strong understanding of CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROI-driven campaigns
