Graphic Designer

1. Branding & Creative DesignCreate logos, brand identities, brand guidelines, and visual concepts for new and existing brands.

• Develop creative designs for brands that are launching from scratch.
• Understand the brand’s target audience, product category, and positioning before creating designs.
• Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, layouts, and overall visual identity.

2. Packaging & Label DesignDesign product labels, packaging artworks, stickers, cartons, pouches, boxes, and other product-related materials.

• Prepare designs according to packaging size, die-line, product information, legal requirements, and print specifications.
• Work on label layouts that are both visually appealing and production-friendly.
• Coordinate with packaging, production, and printing teams for final artwork approvals.

3. Social Media & Digital DesignDesign creatives for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

• Create ad creatives, campaign visuals, promotional posts, product launch creatives, and festive creatives.
• Design website banners, landing page visuals, digital ads, and other online marketing assets.
• Support basic UI/UX-related design work for websites, brand pages, and digital presentations.

4. Print Design & Pre-Press WorkPrepare print-ready files for labels, brochures, flyers, posters, catalogs, danglers, standees, business cards, product inserts, and other collaterals.

• Plan and check print separations, CMYK settings, bleed, margins, cut marks, die-lines, and other print-related requirements.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure correct output quality.
• Review artwork before printing to avoid errors in size, color, content, alignment, and finishing.

5. Advertising & Marketing SupportPlan and design advertising creatives for digital and print campaigns.

• Work with the marketing team to convert campaign ideas into strong visual designs.
• Create product-focused designs for launches, offers, promotions, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Support presentation decks, pitch decks, product catalogs, and client-facing design material.

6. Cross-Department CoordinationCoordinate with marketing, sales, production, packaging, printing, and client servicing teams.

• Understand project briefs clearly and convert them into practical design outputs.
• Take feedback from different teams and make required design changes on time.
• Manage multiple design tasks and ensure timely delivery.
